Enterprise Plaza

Howard and Associates designed the three story 90,000 sq. foot building using a wing shaped form, with a three story atrium located in the center.  The building is designed to be used as a multi-tenant office building,

The angled corridors have three story openings in the floors overlooked by tenant offices.  The first and second floors at the lobby are connected by an open stairway.  Balconies and tenant spaces overlook the lobby.  Skylights are placed strategically in the building above the corridor floor openings to provide natural light into all floors of the building.

The exterior materials used include large horizontal continuous glass window within the brick walls and polished aluminum window frames.
