Howard and Associates was hired to design a new office headquarters with a banking facility inside. The five story 90,000 square foot contemporary building is a poured in place concrete structure.
Main design features include a three story sloped skylit lobby and banking center area. The building has a sloped metal standing seam copper patina on the roof. The exterior wall is continuous glass overlooking the sunken plaza courtyard below. H&A integrated outdoor balconies between recessed vertical concrete structural exterior wall forms.
Offices in the building overlook the atrium space. Executive offices were designed on the top floor. An employee cafeteria was designed on the lower level accessible to the sunken outdoor courtyard. The interior of the building exposes the concrete wall structure.
