Westminster Presbyterian Church

Westminster Presbyterian Church was designed in a Georgian architectural style. The existing three story building was laid out in a U shaped configuration around an outdoor playground. Howard and Associates was hired to design a new fellowship hall, children, youth and adult classrooms, library, brides room and information center.

A new basement, first and second floors connect to the existing building. A new two story fellowship hall was created in the existing outdoor playground area. H&A incorporated multiple large glass skylights allowing natural light into the space.

Surrounding balconies overlook the fellowship hall. At one end of the fellowship hall an open stairway with glass railing was designed. The landing of the stairway is enlarged to allow use as a performance stage.

A new main entrance with a drop off canopy was added. H&A continued with the existing Georgian architectural style to give the new addition.
